I like hearing Judge Nap speak. This is a recent speech he did about personal freedoms. Covers a variety of topics. Video quality is a bit spotty in the first third but it gets better.

Great quote from him on the 2A challenging gun control advocates who argue that certain weapons serve no hunting purpose.

The purpose of the second amendment is not to guarantee the right to shoot deer. It's to guarantee the right to shoot at the government if it is taken over by tyrants.

So are you lumping Judge Nap in with the conservative lip-service fear mongering experts or you think they're copying his material?

If the former I'll disagree in that I think Judge Nap can forget more about the law than I will ever learn and as long as you keep him off the Fox & Friends couch he really plays up a personal liberties angle and not fear mongering that they're gonna grab your guns and bomb you with drones.

If the latter I'll have to disagree again because as you say what everyone else is doing is pure fear mongering and not talking about personal liberties so they must be doing a horrible job at copying his material.
