I haven't shot one, but did hold one (almost bought it) at the last Fredericksburg Gun Show.
It feels good in my hands, and mechanics functioned well. It was $369 at one table and $400+ at others.
From what I've read, it's basically a glock with a slide safety. Well, that's the idea atleast.

Nutnfancy does alot of gun reviews and posts them on youtube. I'm not sure how spot on he is, but he gave it
a good review. I would trust his reviews over a gun magazine, because, from what I understand, the gun manufacturers aren't the ones asking for a review. I can say, he always compares pistols to his favorite Glock 17. *shrug* One down side is he sometimes rabbit trails for a little too long.

I had one, didn't like it. had to send it in for the recall and waited forever to get it back and ruger's customer service just kept telling me "oh well we are getting them out quickly" and after months of that i got p*ssed. Plus once i got it back, the trigger pull on it was HORRIBLE! felt like it had a 7-8lb trigger pull.

I have one along with a Glock 17 & G26 - If I had to choose between just one, It'll be a hard choice but the Glock would probably win out.

My SR9 has been great and has never had any problems with anything I fed her. It field strips easily and has the same capacity as a G17

The Trigger is a little gritty at first but smooths out after a few hundred rounds, at least mine did.

All in All I like it a lot.

BTW: $369 is a good price, I paid $415 a year ago in PA and Glocks are what? Over $500 these days.

40shooter,

Looked at several of them and really liked them, but liked the P95 better.

So I ended up picking up a P95 this past weekend.

+1 for the Glock...
But i guess you could figure that
:)
Be particular, and be vigilant, as the enemy will only attack on two occasions:
When you're ready or when you're not ready.

Also never forget, that everyone who shows up, is not necessarily there to help.

A friend of mine has one and loves it. The fact that it holds 18 rounds is a plus to him and he says it hasn't malfunctioned. Just remember it has an external safety.
