Key point here.... July 1st! If you don't fall into one of the current exceptions for purchasing more than one handgun per month, do NOT purchase more than one per month until after July 1!

Correct - due to exception (i) "A person who purchases a handgun in a private sale."

No, it's increasing from 88 to 91.
