Maybe this was leaked to take some of the pressure off Holder and the Higher-ups. A smoking gun, but pointed at UNDERLINGS. Still doesn't answer the question as to how far up the rot extended (although there is very little question in MY mind about it).

In other words, nothing to see here because Executive Privilege was invoked. It is sad that Congress has no power, the President ignores the will of the People, and the Executive branch can break the very laws they swore to enforce.

I am dying to know what the deal is with Rigell's vote. Two Republicans vote for Holder, and one of them is from Virginia? The guy from Ohio is a closet Democrat, what about this guy from Tidewater? Talk about an embarrassment for the Commonwealth.
