FYI on 7.62x39 jhp ammo

Just in case this isnt common knowledge. Wolf and Tula both offer a JHP in 124 grain. The 124 grain bullet is made by Uly and does expand. They both offer a 122 grain JHP that doesnt expand. So make sure you buy the 124 Uly if you want expansion.
