I believe neither are adjustable. The front is a Fiber Optic insert and the rear is an all black std U.
Am I hosed?

In a nut-shell. yes.
How low is 'low'?
You might have better luck with a different weight ammo.
You might want to check the manual for description of sight pictures... some sights are setup for 6-O'clock hold, some are set for cover the point of impact.

This was my solution:

I got their matching front sight too.

Re: S&W M+P Pro 9mm - new gun, shoots low -How to adjust sights?
I have only been to the range with it twice. Both times I was primarily concerned with reliability, break in and getting the spousal unit some trigger time, as this is to be her primary gun. It has feed everything well. TC, RN, HP at many different pressure levels.
At 60 yards it would hit 2 feet low with factory 115 FMJ.
The manual is exceedingly generic, covering a massive variety of gun models. There is no discussion of sighting.
I was not aware that some sights are set for "cover the point of impact." I thought there was 6' low for a target gun and bisecting the bullseye for a combat gun. I pretty near have to put the front sight at 12 o'clock to hit bullseyes. I will be experimenting this further with my wife's primary carry load and my IDPA SSP load.
Now that I look back at today's session, some factory HP self-defense loads were bulls eyes at 15 yards. Perhaps I will be accepting it as is and compensating with hold over or a new load recipe for IDPA. Self defense is the main concern. The wife had no issues shooting the full HP loads, and she is recoil sensitive. We have a winner!

60 yards... that might be part of the problem.
Sounds like you want a carbine not a pistol.
The sights are probably setup for something in the 10-25 yd range.

That is what rides on my XDm. It is a nice set up, but snags on my skin and clothes all the time for carry. That would not be a concern for this gun, so thanks!

Jdonovan, don't be a silly head! That was just where I started for function checking. All the rest of the shots were at 10-20 yards.
