FIXED - broken image in profile block on post

I see a broken image link (a question mark) near the membership icons in my posts. Can anyone tell me what it is? See below, to the right of the SAF image.

It's gone now. Maybe something temp due to the updates.

I was in the process of adding and it was a step-by-step process. Then I goofed on one. All better now :)
