contraception deception

Post by ratherfish »

So...

Which is harder to get, a condom ot a job?

Whats more expensive, a condom or a gallon of gas?

Is it most impostant to have FREE condoms...FREE abortion pills... and FREE stearilizations?

Once again the liar in chief lays down a smoke screen to lead his brainless following away from his idological end game.
http://www.foxnews.com/opinion/2012/03/ ... deception/

Oh and the newest lie; Drilling won't lower the price of gas for 20 years....
:hysterical:

Maybe it's that the Bozo in chief would prefer us staying home fornicating like dogs on our welfare checks, rather than drive to work and supporting ourselves???

If we are stupid enough to re-elect this idiot , we diserve the tyranny of the left we've bought!

The last sentence of Lott's op-ed shows illustrates the way he is not exactly telling the truth!
"Yet, even if Americans don't understand economics, they need only look at Obama's broken promises to lower insurance costs. During the first year after ObamaCare was passed, the average annual cost for employer-sponsored health care plans went up by 9 percent."

Obamacare hasn't even started yet, so how can the costs go down? In fact, the rising costs are the reason for Obamacare.

Ratherfish, I'm sorry you are so receptive to nonsense that you agree with.

It ignores the reality premiums have risen every year since....premiums have existed. A 9% increase is normal, double digits are not unheard of.

Like college tuition the cost of health insurance only goes up.

Government policy has a small impact, but not the major one the writer is suggesting.

Typically its limited to preventative care (such as no co pays for well child visits) so the impact is rather minimal since those encounters are inexpensive and infrequent to begin with. The most expensive mandate I can think of is requiring third party payers to pay for reconstructive breast implants following a cancer induced mastectomy, which was passed in the 90's.

Chronic illnesses actually account for the bulk of increased costs (which get passed on to all the members).

If Americans weren't so fat and unhealthy premiums would stabilize.

I started out working for Catholic Health Services, and our policy did cover contraception and abortion at non-Catholic hospitals. Go figure.

ironically paying for contraception saves insurers money in the long run; its all generic and even a routine NSVD (normal spontaneous vaginal delivery) is going to cost the insurer several thousand dollars. Plus the postnatal care. Then the pediatric appointments.

Not having kids saves everyone $.

That must explain the rapture you express for eugenics you express on other forums Kreutz.....

Will you both lie and say that the burdens of Obamacare haven't begun???? I admit the largest tax incrase in the history of our republic hasn't begun yet. It's after the elections.

Kreutz as a self employed coder you stand to make a bundle off the onerous, privacy robbing information requirements of Obamacare don't you??????

Buddy, it's been proven here you lie. You cherry pick facts and make up things people say so you can pick an argument you think you can win. Sorta like your messiah!

How abouts you smart fellas answering the first 3 questions in the topic of this thread?

Then try to understand that while you plan how all of us will have our health care decisions mandated by an un-elected batch of buearocrats it will include you not being able to buy the health care of your choice for your own family like the rest of us.

Explain the Quality Adjusted Remaining Years (QARY) concept by which buearocrats will decide if we're allowed to get life saving medical services....

"Jul 29, '09 by 912er
QARY = Quality Adjusted Remaining Years
This is apart of the formula which will be used to mandate to doctors when and on who certain procedures will be allowed and when a person does not have enough "good " years left inthem to make it worthwhile.
This will be determined by a Value Judgement of Health Board. See pagers 425-430 of HC 3200.
This is wrong on so many levels I do not even know where to begin. Ethically, who is anyone to say, how many good years I have left in me. This is a dangerous path that will backfire in a horrible way. Who in their right mind with anysort of heart at all would even want to be on the Value Judgement Board?
This is not even socialism, this is progressivism with a hint of Marxism....population control and eugenics is not quite what most are bargaining for but anyone who reads in full context the Bill will see it. They are counting on you NOT to read it.
You do not even need to read the entire thing to see that life is not precious to the writers of this bill. It comes down to money and power. My family's lives are worth more than what the government thinks they will save in healthcare. Having choices made by my doctor and myself about what is best for them is worth what I pay in insurance costs. Me paying for someone elses healthcare will not do anything but decrease the quality of care for myself and my family. And the farce that healthcare will be better for those who cant afford it is beyond the pale. I would like to see this so called long list of the poor who do not have access to healthcare. Where I have worked no one is ever turned away or denied services. I would like specific stories please.
And if they will consider how many good remaining years an older sick person has left...might they also need to consider how many good years a baby has left before they abort it."

My health care has changed greatly already to account fpr obummercare, they pass the costs on....

After the election we all get to have the greatest increase in taxes since the beginning of the republic. You two are either insane or blind. Or like kreutz you're attempting to sell us a song and dance you intend to make money with.

Pelosi trotts out a young woman who says she can't afford the $3,000 cost for supporting her sex life during law school?

Guess she's too lazy to walk to planned parenthood.

None the less, bet she's the most popular girl on campus now! LOL

I really don't think this about contraception per say. This is about forcing a group of people do something they view as sinful and against their religion. It is about contraception today and catholic institutions, tomorrow it may be about abortion and that will affect many many more people and institutions. If this mandate stands kiss the freedom of religion away because apparently the first amendment can be over turned and you can be forced to bow down to big gov'ts will at any moment.

No one is trying to ban contraception, you can still get many forms of it free or nearly free just about everywhere. As for 3K of contraception to that I say what are you using? When I bought the pill 10 years ago with no insurance whatsoever it was $40 a month at target. Condoms are even cheaper. To that young lady I would say "you want to play grown-up games get used to grown up choices and prices. Perhaps you should look for a less costly form of birth control." Free birth control is not in the bill of rights, however the freedom to not be forced to do something against your religion is.

I really don't care whether this mandate saves $$ or not in healthcare. It infringes on the first amendment and that is of immense value.

I agree 100%

Frankly I believe he's gunning for the Catholic religion first as a healthcare and services provider and then all religious health services.
I believe he thinks that idologically it should be the government providing those services.

He (Obana) wants us all dependant and beholding to the government above all else. Even God!

Life.......................Obamacare

Liberty...................Regulation

Pursuit of happiness....wellfare

It's about "fundamentally transforming America" not contraceptives.

More contraception deception.

"For me the interesting part of the story is the ever-evolving “coed”. I put that in quotes because in the beginning she was described as a Georgetown law student. It was then revealed that prior to attending Georgetown she was an active women’s right advocate. In one of her first interviews she is quoted as talking about how she reviewed Georgetown’s insurance policy prior to committing to attend, and seeing that it didn’t cover contraceptive services, she decided to attend with the express purpose of battling this policy. During this time, she was described as a 23-year-old coed. Magically, at the same time Congress is debating the forced coverage of contraception, she appears and is even brought to Capitol Hill to testify. This morning, in an interview with Matt Lauer on the Today show, it was revealed that she is 30 years old, NOT the 23 that had been reported all along.

Though there aren’t links in the original post to the content mentioned, a little digging shows that it’s all true. Fluke has described herself as a third year law student at Georgetown University, and indeed, that is what she is. However, contrary to the narrative of innocent victimhood that portrays Fluke as a wide-eyed 23-year-old girl caught without contraception on a college campus full of predatory men, Fluke herself is really a 30-year-old women‘s rights activist who not only didn’t get caught without contraception at Georgetown, but specifically knew the university didn’t cover it and chose to attend for precisely that reason."

http://www.theblaze.com/stories/sandra- ... aceptives/

So we're dealing with a strawman issue (availability of contraceptives) and a fake poster child.

Welcome to the Obama 2012 campaign!

Other forums? DO I have an admirer checking me out elsewhere? I'm simultaneously flattered, creeped out, and aroused!

And eugenics is just a fact of biology, like dysgenics...which sadly won. Sigh.
Will you both lie and say that the burdens of Obamacare haven't begun???? I admit the largest tax incrase in the history of our republic hasn't begun yet. It's after the elections.
What "burdens"? If anything the uninsured are the burden on the system. This will help the solvency of alot of hospitals.
Kreutz as a self employed coder you stand to make a bundle off the onerous, privacy robbing information requirements of Obamacare don't you?????
I'm actually not a coder by education or training. Its something I kind of fell into, originally it was a small % of my income, but its about 40% now, turned out I was good at it (pre-med education and being hyper-literate helped I guess) and word got out, and contracts with some really prestigious hospitals followed, so not sure where you got that from.

My background is in analytics actually. :coffee:
Buddy, it's been proven here you lie. You cherry pick facts and make up things people say so you can pick an argument you think you can win. Sorta like your messiah!
Orly? And how do I "make up things people say"? I use the "quote" function.
The bozo in chief fools no one but mindless liberals who stand to get a free ride or actually profit from his insanity like you.
Did you have such wrath for the Halliburton subsidiaries who profited greatly from our treasury for the wars?

And its not "his insanity" (did I just make that up or did you say it :hysterical: )? by the way, universal healthcare has been a goal of the progressive movement since the New Deal, and has attracted notorious liberal communist agitators like the Catholic Church which has written a letter every year to the sitting President since the 50's to do it.

Though they may rethink that now I guess lol.

Better spend more time at the daily kos and less at city data.

Now.

Care to comment on the actual topic??????

We already know you're a poster child for the progressives...AKA liberals.. AKA humanists..AKA secular humanists.

"being hyper-literate" Is obviously a self endowed title. I doubt many on either forum would agree.

Maybe you're just a plant here like Ms Fluke was in congress. An Obama activist plant? With the talking points you spout you should be on the payroll.

Theres an "actual topic" with you? Really? You follow me around incessantly (on more than one forum it seems, you have alot of free time for a guy that claims to work "24/7 365 days a year") asking questions about my personal life, in this ID you're using or your sock puppet "joeshmo".

If you want me to go gay for you, just drop the awkward mating ritual and just ask. Geez.

I suppose that we should bow to your "hyper-literate" presence....at least according to you!

Al Gore's amazing internet is a snap to use, You play at city data all day closing down threads with rants about Hitler and jump over here to harass the conservative gun folk. You are still enough in touch with reality to know this is the internet and no ones "following" you right????

Your brother and sister "hyper literate" lefties are busy with Obama's newest campaign lie..... namely that contraception is hard to get. Nanny Pelosy trotts out an activist to lie and say her sexual activity is gonna cost her $3000!, it's actually more like $300 if she's too lazy to walk to planned parenthood.

Good try but we're very tired of your messiah Barachus Obamus! We got his number!

This is just more of the Saul Alinski same same.

"who dat be?"

That be one honkin "hyper-literate" liberal self inflating jerk.
