Re: Utah, Non-resident concealed permit
Since I have not got off my duff yet to get the VA license (Although I had a CCW in Arizona) are there any advantages in getting the Utah vice VA permit? Less paperwork? Faster? etc?

As I recall, you have to have your home state (VA) permit before you can apply for the Utah.
Utah gives you reciprocity with a few more states - 35 total, I think. If you travel a lot, and go through those states, it's good to get.

Because VA honors the UT permit, you must have a VA license before obtaining a UT.
