CLEO signoff going away

I didn't see this posted here, so in case anyone missed it, yes, the CLEO signoff requirement is going away. In its place there will be a postive requirement for legal entities to have a background check, and maybe a CLEO notification (I didn't hear if that part had survived the rewrites).

It'll take roughly a year for the regulations to go through the comment period and be promulgated, and for the new forms to be prepared and published.

Wasn't a real issue for me since my CLEO sign off process is painless in Fairfax county. Who knows though if a new sheriff gets elected.
