*** NOTE *** The date for this event was wrong in the previous alert about VCU in item #3 about the BBC interview of gun owners. The date given was INCORRECTLY listed as December 8th. Sorry for the confusion.

The Radford University Operation Campus Safety is going to be held on Wednesday, December 7th from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM in front of the Hulbert building. We will be handing out brochures and "No guns? NO FUNDS!" stickers, carrying signs, and talking to students, faculty, and staff.

VCDL would like to thank the College Republicans at Radford University for sponsoring the event. Ryan A. Bruch and John Wilburn have worked hard to bring this together and we also thank them!

2. James Madison University Operation Campus Safety - Thursday, December 8th
**********************************************

The James Madison University Operation Campus Safety is going to be held on Thursday, December 8th from 10:30 AM to 2:30 PM.

It will be held in the Commons, outside of Gibbons Hall (better known as D-Hall). We will be handing out brochures and "No guns? NO FUNDS!" stickers, carrying signs, and talking to students, faculty, and staff.

Visitors should go to the Champions Drive parking deck where parking services is located to request a visitor's pass (I believe they are free). The Commons is just a 5-minute walk from the garage.

Thanks to Students for Concealed Carry on Campus at JMU and their Vice-President, Chris Kichinko, for sponsoring VCDL and making the arrangements for the protest.
