I wish I could afford a Leupold Mark 8! I think I will get something similar but def. not that pricey! I love the skirmish rear sight on this rifle though. Very quick target acquisition. My only real plan for this is a silencer!

I hear you, the Mark 8 is high up there in price. Your better of trickin it out with something like a Valdada 1:4x32 Pitbull. I really like mine.

I like the Pitbull also. I am torn between a tight compact and lighter red dot (T1) or a variable magnified optic like the Valdada like takes up more space and is heavier.

breacher, where are you located? I'd love to try yours out!

I'm in N. Arlington on the Mclean border. We could maybe hook up after the holiday. I have a Nightforce 1-4x24 you could look at as another option. They cost roughly the same, though I believe Nightforce glass has a slight edge over Valdata in low light. I'll PM contact info.
