I note that YouTube sited Wu-Flu as a reason for oddities in their review process, which I find to be particularly silly. Internet based work can be done from home, and hiring extra people to "review" stuff would be fairly simple, as well. Even if there was a rocky area, a couple of months ago, it should have been sorted out, by now.
Anyway, this appears to be more of the same type of censorship that YouTube has been engaging in for a while now. No great shock.
