Capt. Higgins of St. Landry, LA calls out some members of a gang called the Gremlins. Then he mocks one of them. I found it amusing.

Capt Higgins is now an ex-cop. The ACLU took him down by leaning on his boss.

Occurs to me that might leave Captain Higgins rather exposed to the "gremlins". Hope he keeps his powder dry; and plenty of it.
