Derek Chauvin Trial

The trial of Derek Chauvin, the police officer charged with the death of George Floyd in Minneapolis, began this week. Andrew Branca, of The Law of Self Defense (book and blog), is covering the trial over at Legal Insurrection. He discusses the trial from the viewpoint of a lawyer, which provides a fascinating insight into how a trial works. His commentary was very illuminating during the George Zimmerman trial. I think that just about anything he writes is worth reading.
