replacing my CHP in virginia

i lost my wallet this weekend and in it was my CHP with fairfax co. anyone know what are the steps to get a replacement and cost? I can't find any info on the VA stat police site.

I plan on getting another sidearm, 9mm. and maybe an AR if the price do come down like they have been on the interweb. still having trouble finding ammos at wally world tho.
