Problem is that 30+ million Americans are on SSRIs. And another 100 million on other antianxiety meds (Ambien, Lunesta, Xanax, etc.) Linking these to background checks is probably a no go because you block 1/3 of the country. But maybe a maybe a way to do targeting on these folks & have a doctor...

SS Disability is the biggest scam being perpetrated on US taxpayers today. It is bigger than the cash welfare program and bigger than food stamps (which is huge!) It is a scam and we are all footing the bill.

GOOD! Get the hell out of the fast lane!!!!! This has been my biggest pet peeve about MD drivers since I moved to NOVA ten years ago. Clearly they don't teach about the fast lane/passing lane in driver's ed in MD.

It certainly isn't a loophole - and the irony of Feinstein's Assault Weapons Ban is that such legislation would completely outlaw some semi-auto rifles -- even though their machine gun counterparts are still perfectly legal (assuming you have enough $$ and patience to wait for one.)

Seems like a reasonable response to me. Don't blame/punish individual officers for the actions of the tyrannical leaders that happen to be elected in their states.
