lol all of them on atf 4473 and i havent seen the state form...this the form the dude told me in the store if i mark yes to anything he cant sell me poop (when the case was in pending status) but I want to now answer this the way I should since the case was vacated/dismissed

what was the statute listed for the charge? what do you mean? all i know is i did what the told me which was just pay it off but it was reduced down to misdemeanor until vacated and dismissed which happened (judge granted joint motion to vacate and dismiss on Friday Feb 10, 2012) and it was effecti...
