Sounds like your CHP process was like mine. The judge signed it at the 30 day point, but they didn't mail it until day 45. I suspect you will see it in The mail next week. Never had a handgun purchase in VA take longer then 15-20 minutes for background check. Why are you waiting for the CHP to buy? ...
