Not military, so no mil orders available. My DL is still valid, and I would use a current bank check as my second form of ID, per the permissible forms listed on the state police site (http://www.vsp.state.va.us/Firearms_VFTP.shtm -- I realized only after my first post that passports don't list addr...

Hello all--I just moved back to the area after a year overseas. I kept VA as my home state (i.e. have continued to pay state taxes), but am no longer at the address listed on my DL and passport.
