A quick question to anyone using one of these stocks: Are there any downsides to installing this unit? I.e. it seems to me that on single shots the rifle would not be as steady as with a fixed stock? Experiences please!

Does anyone have a favorite handload for the 5.56 mm that is optimized for a 16" barrel? I would prefer to use 62-65 grain bullets.
