Re: Need advice on competition handguns

I have been using a Glock 17 Gen 4 in 3 gun and been pretty happy with it. I also use it for USPSA Production Matches, and a couple of different pistol action shoots in the area and haven't had any problems with it at all. So I would say go for the 17.

Re: Gunsmith in Virginia Beach area

I actually visited Coastal Gun Works a couple of weeks ago and while I didn't buy anything or have any work done he seemed very nice, and seemed to know what he was talking about. My first impression of him seemed good so most likely when I go to start modding my rifle more for 3 gun competition I s...

Heavy Metal Multigun Matches

For those of you who do Multigun or 3 Gun matches does anyone know of a group that does Heavy Metal Division (.308 rifle, .45 pistol, and 12 gauge pump) shooting matches for Multigun? I normally shoot multigun matches at the U.S. Training Center in Moyock, NC but they can't do .308 rifles due to ran...

Ranges Near Tazewell, VA

My girlfriend's father lives in Tazewell, VA and she was looking at purchasing him a membership for a local range as a gift for Christmas. He has alot of firearms but very few places to shoot them regularly. Any suggestions? We both live in the Tidewater area so we don't really know anything about t...

Re: Need a Place to break in Shotgun

Camp Allen if your Military, DoD, or Law Enforcement allows all types of normal loads for shotguns. They are being remodeled right now but should be open hopefully by next month. Its in Norfolk. C2 is a great range but they recently don't allow Birdshot thats what I was told last time I went which w...

Battlefield Guns and Ammo - Chesapeake, VA

Chesapeake finally has a gun shop in the area! Been buying stuff from Donald there since July and been pretty happy. If he doesn't have it he is willing to order it for you. Only downside is he has a small store but he tries hard to keep it filled with what people want, and generally if you do an or...

Re: standing for those who stood for us.

If the church is stating where they should be protesting at they should start doing this form of blocking them more often.

Re: Virginia Arms - Manassas

Just checked it out today. Great store didn't actually buy anything but they had a nice selection, and were quick to come over, and ask if you needed anything. More than willing to show you different items, and answered all my questions. Will check this place out again if I decide to buy a new firea...

Saiga 12 in Virginia

Does anyone know where I can find a Saiga 12 either in Tidewater, Central, or NOVA parts of Virginia? Looking to purchase one in a few months and prefer to buy one directly from a gunshop, and want to get some price qoutes.

Thanks as always.

Ranges Near Tazewell Virginia

Hello all!

My girlfriend is looking to buy a range membership for one year or 6 months for her father as a Christmas present this year. I haven't been able to find any ranges that offer any near his town of Tazewell, Virginia. Does someone from this area have any suggestions?

Thanks

Looks nice but looking at your Calendar it only lists the last weekend of June being your open range days. Any other days you may be open in June?

Re: New from Chesapeake aka Tidewater Area of Virginia

Thanks everyone for a warm welcome! For those of you demanding pictures I have a few bad quality ones due to the camera but I will try to post those later when I get a chance. I been taking my girlfriend to the NRA Range when I visit her so maybe I shall see if she wants to bring her better quality ...
