Adapting a CAA GEAR Micro Roni Stabilizer for Suppressors
I have a 2nd generation Micro Roni Stabilizer, but since I acquired suppressors, I really didn’t want to shoot without one. Some options included removing the Flash Hider and using a Dremel to cut the frame. That is something I wasn’t comfortable doing. I saw a video on YouTube, by Solscud, and I wa...

Building an outdoor range: How close from my own house?
I have set up a range in my property. I only have 7.7 acres but I have a “second home site” nestled in the midst of a bowl (high hills). I set up my IDPA targets, Texas Star, two Dueling trees, two plate racks, and other steel targets. People used to use my land as a cut through to get to the other...

Re: Reloading progressive press? Hornady? Dillon?
I have been reloading for a few years now, starting out with just 45 ACP, then 357 Magnum. My friend introduced me to 44 Magnum, gave me his Dillon 450 with the S&W 629 PC that he sold me. I became hooked on recoil. I started reloading 454 Casull, 460 S&W and 500 S&W on a single stage. T...

Re: Brass Shining Made Easy!
Hello, I was playing with different methods of shining brass. Wet tumbling, I used 2 cups water and added one tablespoon lime juice. This is the result: http://i1147.photobucket.com/albums/o560/Smith-Sights/smith-sights%20juicy%20brass.jpg I hope this helps someone! Regards, Josh Thanks, Josh. So S...

Re: Any recommends on an accurate .22 LR?
My Ruger Mark II Target Competition with an Ultradot Match Dot and a Volquartsen trigger kit is more accurate than I will ever be. I use Eley Club or Eley Target ammo. It is hard to be for the money.

Re: Current favorite firearm to shoot?
I shoot a lot of my firearms. It's hard to pick one. For 22 LR, it is still my Ruger Mark II with a Volquartsen Trigger kit and Ultradot Match Dot. For 45 ACP, my Ed Brown 1911s. But right now, I'm having a great time doing 44 Magnum reloads with my S&W Performance Center 629 Hunter, 7.5" b...

Expandable batons
It is unclear to me with regards to carry and use of gravity based expandable barons. I am not referring to spring loaded ones.
Are they legal to carry or not? If legal, do they have to be open carried?

Hard to beat a Ruger 10/22.
I ended up getting a Savage 93 22 WMR and a Savage Mark II TRR-SR.

Re: .22 Pistol Recommendations
I just picked this one up.
Taurus Tracker 922 22 LR /22 WMR.

It takes about 10 secs to change the cylinder without a tool.
I did replace the factory grips.

I just completed the online course. It was actually pretty good, though I never plan to hunt with a muzzleloader.

Prior military, concealed carry license...do I still need a
I just want a clarification. I am prior military, have concealed carry licenses in VA/FL, and a VA resident. Am I still required to take the hunter's safety course?
Thank you.
Thank you.

I get so upset at how CNN shows a picture of the young, innocent looking Trayvon when he was 11. They are trying to sway public sentiment. People are comparing him to Emmett Till.
