Re: Dance's Sporting Goods - Colonial Heights
[Perhaps the difference is rooted in the 2 year difference between the last post and your recent visit?[/quote]] Not the case, unfortunately. My original visit to Dance's was within weeks of their original opening, and my few subsequent visits have been scattered over the years.....seems it takes me...

Re: Dance's Sporting Goods - Colonial Heights
Going to have to go ahead and kind of disagree with the previous posters here. I've been in Dance's several times over the years and have not once left there when I wasn't annoyed at the people that run the place. Don't know if I have to have a magic decoder ring or know the secret handshake, but I ...

Easter
Checked the yard first thing this morning......eggs everywhere. No new pistols, no ammo, just eggs. Crap.

Re: Liberty Firearms, Hopewell
They are small, so selection isn't large, but they seem to be able to find most anything you are looking for. They have been steadily growing, and I believe their growth is based on customer service and value. If you are looking for something specific, call ahead. If you have some time and want to m...

Liberty Firearms, Hopewell
Nice little hole in the wall gun shop. Ben is a good guy, willing to answer questions and tolerate unlimited amounts of indecisiveness. Prices seem to be in line with any others I've found, maybe a little better on used firearms. Bought my last gun there, and will be back.

.22 Rifles/pistols
Looking to buy .22 pistols and rifles. Just your basic plinkers. Particularly interested in a Ruger 10/22 carbine for my son, and a Ruger MK III with bull barrel for my own enjoyment, but would like to hear about anything you are selling in .22 Thanks, Ben 804-894-2744 PS, I'm in the Richmond/Tri-Ci...

Sig P250
In my praise of Ft. Lee the other day, I forgot to mention it was my first time firing my Sig 9mm P250 subcompact.... loved it. Great piece, very consistant, no jams, comfortable...all in all, a very nice pistol. I think it could benefit from a pinky extension on the clip, other that that, no compla...

Gun Range @ Ft. Lee
The Privately Owned Weapons range at Ft Lee opened back up today. I took my youngest son Chris with me, and met up with a friend and his two sons out there. I also met a pretty good guy named Malcom who directed me to this site. Just want to say what a great experience it was today. The people runni...
