Another vote for their holsters. I used to use a Crossbreed, now I only use my N82 to carry my Kimber.Tweaker wrote:Look at N82tactical
There.
Now you are done looking.
Awesome holster, inexpensive.

Colt revolver 41 special, it was my grand father's, and I expect it was his father's. IIRC, the serial number has it around 1870.

You might reduce the width of the blog page. My monitor(s) are 1024x768 and it runs way over the width.

Re: Prescription Shooting Glasses?
I wear progressive bifocals, and the best thing I ever did to improve my accuracy was to have my optometrist make me a pair of shooting glasses. I'm right handed and right eye dominant, so the left lense was single Rx for distance, and the right lense was single RX for near, approx 27" focal po...

The stretching move above may help, but it will depend on your situation, as it could make it worse. I have Degenerative Disk Disease in most of my lumbar disks, as well as a few other issues. I saw a chiro for quite some time, had shots in the back, saw a local PT - which almost killed me. The best...

Re: Clark Brothers
The number one rule there is to never, ever, ever, touch a firearm during a cease fire - cased or not, doesnt matter. If you want to case up and leave, case it prior to the CF or wait until range is hot again. Easy rule to follow for most of us, but there's always someone that has to get called on i...

Re: First Range Trip with PPQ 9mm
Congrats on the PPQ. I used to have one. It's a helluva a shooter, very accurate. And a great trigger, probably best out of the box out there for a poly gun. I just couldnt get used to the paddle mag release.

For the same reason the NBP are still not investigated for putting a bounty on Zimmerman.

My wife and son are at VA Beach now, spring break. Their hotel is on 18th street, so they were shook up is an understatement.

Re: "The Range" in Fredericksburg
Yes, at Clark Bros, you have to buy their ammo and their targets to shoot there, no range fees. And the ROs do check the ammo. The ROs are sometimes strict, but they have to be. They are always fair, pleasant, and often take the time to help new shooters, or ask a regular (like me) to help a new sho...

Recently traded for a Warrior. After some tweaking and tuning, this thing shoots wickedly accurate. http://i690.photobucket.com/albums/vv262/gbjones/Guns/IMG_1537.jpg http://i690.photobucket.com/albums/vv262/gbjones/Guns/IMG_1536.jpg http://i690.photobucket.com/albums/vv262/gbjones/Guns/IMG_1535.jpg

jdonovan: Yeah, been doing that. Caldwell rock solid front rest and bag on rear. Pretty decent optics and solid one-piece mount, Accuwedge. I know I have a lot to learn, but can usually shoot 3/4"MOA or less @100yds. My "high precision" is limited to 100yds, due to range limitations. ...
