Shooting on public land?
I currently live near Lake Anna in Spotsylvania county and was wondering if anyone knew the rules or regs on target shooting on unposted/public land. There is a huge parcel of land near me which I know is not private which I simply want to use for an area for target practice (.40 cal and .223 rifle)...
