Hiwaytahell, I had several bills, etc. with me, that showed my address was in Woodbridge, VA, but his sticking point was my military orders were to a base in DC (Bolling AFB), regardless that I live in VA Moccasin, I think my problem is that I'm permanently "stationed" at Bolling AFB, DC, ...

VA Concealed Carry with out-of-state driver's license?
Hi, I'm in the military, would like to get a VA concealed carry permit, but I'm on a ND driver's license. Anyone know if this is okay or do I need a VA license? thx, awiz11
