A friend has a LTCF from Pa. (license to Carry Firearm). She will be visiting her boyfriend in Va. In Pa. A person with an LTCF can borrow a firearm from another person that also holds an LTCF. However, will she be able to carry that firearm in Virginia? Checked the state police web site but coud no...

My son is stationed in Va. and has a Va. permit. He also holds a PA. resident LTCF since Pa. is still his home of record for taxes and voting. Both are resident permits.
