I just gave myself a Christmas present in the way of a slightly used (200rds) Colt "Combat Elite". I plan on shooting it today after I get some chores done.

My M&P15x has been flawless so fare at just under 900 rounds down range. Five hundred rounds of Georgia Arms "Canned Heat" (to break it in) and the remainder Wolf.

How do you feel about the S&W? How's it compare to the Bushy? I would recommend the S&W over the Bushy but since prices have dropped I would buy either a Colt 6920 or a Daniel Defense M4 XV w/Omega Rail (Cold Hammer Forged Barrel). http://www.aimsurplus.com/acatalog/Daniel_Defense_XV_M4_Car...

Spend a little extra and buy a Colt 6920 or a DD XV, either will serve you very well for many years to come.

The DD XV with its Cold Hammer Forged barrel will be a great rifle.

Since the prices have dropped I would get a Colt 6920 or 6940. The Daniel Defense M4 is also a great rifle.
