The details are more clear now. He marked a YES box on the form. the check approved him, but the police picked him up to find out why he admitted to a felony. The confusion came when he did clear the check(since they are monitoring these sales). He mistakenly marked the wrong box

A LOT of law enforcement at the show as well. A distributor I use was ticketed for having improper items(throwing knives or stars) a felon was arrested (he cleared the background check) and snuck out the side door, they got him in the lot. I'm one of the lucky ones that can shoot at home(in west end Henrico ) If you hear gunshots(in the distance) outside of Greentop....it may be me I don't shoot at home this time of year (well some) so I'm not disturbing the deer movement
