I have only shot subs through mine...with a can of course. It's ever so much fun. Plinking ammo I use is Rem UMC 220gr...for deer hunting I've had great success with Hornady SubX 190gr. Shots from my hunting hut are 75yd or less, so it's perfect for that. The Hornady punches holes in paper at 50yds ...
