Selling Rifles in Virginia
My father in law gave me his rifles, about 15, and I do not need them and quite frankly want to sell them. Since the Dems took over in Virginia is it legal to sell rifles, VA resident to VA resident, without a FFL? I also have a shotgun, probably 13-15 rifles total. I have researched on internet but...
