Re: Concealed carry laws

They do. I checked in April when I went for the NRA convention, they honor our CHP's. On this subject, I would trust Georgia State Police more than I would trust me, but the last I read was that their website is correct...they do honor Va. permits. Concealed carry laws

So what was the final/most recent decision on the concealed carry reciprocity? From the map I could find online Georgia does not honor our CCP, however Georgia's website says they do, forum posts from early 2016 say that georgia does not honor them. My inclination is to believe Georgia's website, ho...

HK Tri-lug blast shield

Hey all, I figured I should post this in the Class 3 sub-forum as it basically only applies to us running SBR's and longer hand guards. If anyone is interested in a blast shield that attaches to the HK 9mm tri-lug please send an email to Simplistic Shooting Solutions. I have already contacted them a...

Re: What should my next suppressor be?

Decided to get a Griffin Optimus, I got a 9mm SBR upper for my AR and I really want to suppress it as well as my various other AR uppers, and my .308 so I decided even though it's not the best option it seems like the best option for me at this point.

Re: What should my next suppressor be?

depends on what you want to use it for. if you run any .4 bore pistols, then a .45 bore supressor is usually #1 on the list, else swap for a 9mm/35 bore can. next up would be a .22 can if you run much rimfire. 3rd is a .30 cal rifle can, does double duty on 5.56, and not many people have > .30 cal ...

What should my next suppressor be?

Looking into my next suppressor (still waiting on my first, Griffin Checkmate, to come back) and I don't know if I should get a .30 cal (Either a Griffin Paladin or Recce 7 Mod 4) for use with multiple hosts (SBR AR, 7.5" 556, 10.5" 556, 16" 6.8 SPC, .308 bolt gun) or a 9mm can for my...

Re: New guy from out of state

You need to check out the Rivanna Rifle and Pistol Club . Over 100 acres of ranges for just about anything you can shoot. Archery, skeet, trap, several outdoor ranges including one 300 yard lane. Plus the club house with two 25 yard, 6 lane (IIRC) ranges limited to pistols and .22lr rifles. There a...

New guy from out of state

Hello, I'm Jake, I'm moving from the gulf coast of Ms to Charlottesville 2 weeks from today. I've never shot in competitions or anything like that but I shoot fairly regularly, I'd like to get into competitions as well as introduce a friend of mine to more advanced shooting, she has shot recreationa...
