Re: CC in lgs
I don't think you follow ... There were two seperate signs. One asking you to sign up for ccw class. The other stating that no loaded guns were allowed in the store. So, If I sign up for ccw at that location and take the class, pass it, buy a firearm from the store and then carry it, I would not be ...

CC in lgs
My closest lgs had a sign in the window, "Sign up for Concealed Carry Class forming now". Below that it has a sign that read 'No loaded firearms inside the store with the exception of law enforcement'. I guess it is an insurance issure or such thing, I don't know for sure. I asked and the ...

Reasons to join the NRA
What would be the top five real reasons to join NRA in your opinion. Also, what are the five best perks? Looking for reasons to encourage friends to join up. Want to be sure I am not missing anything. I just stumbled onto this thread this morning. If it is true I wish I would have found it sooner. h...

At what point is a weapon concealed??
Not trying to be a smart guy... but. If my gun is in my pocket, it figure it is concealed. But what about in a owb holster that has a flap over the top. Something like WWII holsters that kept the dirt and junk off of the gun. Does the weapon need to be identifiable by the general public? I hope you ...

Re: Ruger LCP
I hope my crimson trace will be here by wed. Looking forward to getting it installed and sighted in.
I actually am looking around for an owb holster with a mag pouch. Would love any input on this item.

Re: Ruger LCP
You are right, the gun is accurate, almost to my surprise. I have been shooting sporting clays that i set up on a backstop. Fun to watch the dust.
I just ordered a crimson trace for it, mostly for the cool factor
I also just picked up some ammo off of this site. I am set.

Ruger LCP
Just in case anyone cares, I picked one of these things up last week and had a chance to shoot it yesterday. I think it is a pretty cool unit. Obviously grip can be a challenge, but it shot well and was acurate. I set up some sporting clays at about 20 feet and was pleased at how well they broke. Th...

Re: List of FFL Transfer Agents in Virginia
The guy at the store was polite and helpful but missed out on business by trying to tell me things that were not true. He made it clear that there was no way I could buy a gun for the price that I told him I could. After that I felt like he wasn't educated about his business and the opportunities th...
