Hi, I had posted another question here and had great feed back. So I decided I am going to be moving to VA soon and get out of NJ. I currently have both FL and UT out of state ccw permits. If I change my driver's license to VA can I carry concealed with my permits or do I must wait till I get issued...

Thanks for the advice so far. One more question just because legal speak is confusing... Is it ok to leave my gun in my car in a parking lot if I lock it in a trunk?
