Wow, now I know why only liberals live in DC.

OC is legal Statewide. Period. All that law says in those cities listed you cannot carry a pistol or rifle that holds more than 20 rounds and/or is suppressed or a shotgun that holds more than 7, unless you have a CHP. SO, if you don't have a CHP, don't OC your Glock 17 with the 33 rd mag in Richmond.

When I lived in San Antonio for the summer, I obtained non-permanent residency. I got a Texas ID card. I could be a full resident of Texas if I surrendered my VA DL. With the photo ID, I could purchase firearms.

Long story short- If you get a VA (non-DL) ID, you can purchase here.

Y'all won't be disappointed. CSA is a great place to shoot. Their facilities and staff are top notch. But, remember to bring your own ammo. I didn't bring enough today and ended up paying $29 for a box of .38
