Unfortunately that's all I have on the pistol's provenance from the Colt Archive letter. It would be nice to find out if the Tricht Hardware Co's sales records are available.

I live in Cripple Creek near Wytheville and love the rural life, especially after retiring from MD 14 yrs ago. Love shooting black powder Civil War firearms and WWI rifles and pistols.
