I've never been to that location. Are they like the one in Dulles? If so, it's got to suck when you have a ton of inventory in the store that may be worth more than the building and land.

I have to say, I was a member at the Dulles location for less than a year. I would say that 90% of my experience with them was a nightmare. Sales prices where high, the customer service sucked, their armoring / gunsmithing was worse than if I did work myself and all of the perks that I was supposed to get as a member were tossed out the window if they were "busy". One time, my life was jeopardized by a reckless discharge of a firearm, which did cause me injury. The staff and management refused to address it.

I can't imagine how they have stayed in business...

They're back open! The landlord found an FFL to be the firearms transactor, and reopened. Not a bad place with new RSO's, and such.
