I too would like to help with this project, as I am sure others would once they found out about it. Please feel free to contact me when you get back from your travels. I read the very long post about what happened to you friend at the college party, so I understand the importance of this issue. Maybe this could the main focus of VCDL this year, like it seemed like they focused on the Restuarant Repaeal Ban. Thank you for your continued involvement on this issue.
