This is more opinion than facts, so take with a grain of salt, but if the incident in Tulsa is accurate, it ain't good. http://endoftheamericandream.com/archiv ... o-the-gridAll Over America Government Control Freaks Are Forcing Preppers Back On To The Grid
It has been estimated that there are now approximately 3 million "preppers" in the United States, and many of them just want to be left alone so that they can take care of themselves and their families on their own land. But that is not the way America works anymore. In many areas of the country, government control freaks have essentially declared war on preppers and are attempting to force them back on to the grid. In some states, "nuisance abatement teams" are conducting armed raids on off the grid properties. Property owners are being cited for "code violations" and are being told that they are "bothering the neighbors". In some cases, trees and gardens are being forcibly removed. In other cases, entire structures are being relocated or torn down. And in the most extreme cases, property owners are actually being forced off of their properties completely by these control freaks.

People shouldn't be out in the outskirts to fend for themselves. Everyone should be forced to live in an economic zone where they can contribute to feeding the machine. Im not surprised about the stories coming from the People's Republic of California, but the Oklahoma story is disturbing. [ Post made via Mobile Device ]

I have a hard time believing that there's so many folks sitting around trying to figure out how to eff with preppers. why would they care? i bet government loves preppers, people who stick to themselves and never get involved in politics letting themselves others make decisions for them... why would any government agency want to stir that up?
so much FUD these days, hard to tell what's BS and what's not... pretty sure 99% of it is complete BS.

wow, and I thought I was paranoid... I do agree that those in charge would rather sheeple, but a small minority of off grid folks is the next best thing. I would be way more worried about other power hungry a-holes if I were in charge than these guys.
