WTS – Small Classic Sporting Firearms Collection

Postby Remington » Tue, 06 Dec 2011 00:54:21

We are in the process of settling a relative’s estate and trying to find the best combination of ways to offer his guns to collectors and hunters. I am considering showing the complete collection at the Fredericksburg Gun Show at the end of the month. I’d appreciate comments and suggestions about how to best find interested buyers. All items are available for sale together or separately. Unable to accept trades. Prices are negotiable however unreasonable or extreme lowball offers cannot be seriously considered nor accepted. Pictures are available for each item… Please send an e-mail requesting specific item pictures. Location is the Garrisonville area of North Stafford. I want to conduct face to face documented sales.

Rifle, Weatherby Mark V, .300 Weatherby Magnum, bolt action, with Redfield optic scope, swivels and sling, excellent condition and graded at 98%. Manufactured by Sauer in Germany @ 1961. $1550

Rifle, Remington Model 700 BDL Varmint, .222 Remington, bolt action, with Bushnell optic scope, swivels and sling, excellent condition and graded at 98%, never fired. $850

M1 Carbine, Semi-Automatic, .30 Springfield, Excellent unfired condition, some removal of the bluing on the slide due to working the action over the years. Manufactured by Universal, with 3 x 15-round magazines. Serial number is in the 457xxx range. $400

Shotgun, Browning Model A5 Light Twelve, 12 Gauge, semi-automatic, made in Belgium, gold trigger, 2 ¾ inch chamber, 29.5 inch barrel, raised matted rib, excellent condition, rated at 98%. $650

Shotgun, Remington Model 870 Wingmaster, Deluxe Version With Gold Lettering, , 12 Gauge, 2 ¾ inch chamber, slide action, 28” barrel, full choke, very good condition. Still researching specifics about the gun. I haven’t seen one like it before. Assistance appreciated in identifying the specific model variation.

Shotgun, Remington Model 870 Wingmaster, 12 Gauge, 2 ¾ inch chamber, slide action, 26 inch barrel, improved cylinder, good condition $250

Shotgun, Winchester 1300 Defender, 12 Gauge, 2 ¾ and 3 inch chamber, slide action, 18 inch barrel, excellent condition, with sling swivels. $240
Shotgun, Marlin Model 55 “Original” Goose Gun, 12 Gauge, 3 inch chamber, bolt action, 36 inch barrel, detachable box magazine, good condition. $190

Pistol, Beretta Model 90, Caliber 7.65 Browning (.32 automatic), good to very good condition at about 90% with an area of wear on the slide due to prolonged storage in a leather holster. $250

Please no private or blocked calls. Thanks…
