New Zombie Gun Out

Postby Vahunter » Fri, 18 Mar 2011 09:18:11

Saw this one in the new issue of the Blue Press, for those of you into the zombie thing. It's a cute little shotgun with a 7 1/4" barrel and can be had on either a remington action for $745 or a mossberg for $675. The good thing about it is that it's affordable and the tax stamp won't break you, only $5 for it since it's considered AOW ( any other weapon).

You can check it out here...... http://www.safetyharborfirearms.com/pro ... tguns.html

Sweet litle thing. 3 or 4 rounds wouldn't make me choose this as my main zombie gun, but maybe for a backup attached to my hip. LOL. Primary would have to be a Saiga 12 with a 20 round mag.

I've also thought about the Kel-Tec KSG. It is a sweet lookg shotgun that holds 14 rounds (2 3/4). Plus it just plain looks cooler, LOL!

I saw the Keltec in the shot show review. Ad say's it would make a good home defense gun if anything is left of your home after 15 rounds. :hysterical: I think it would make an excellent gun for deer drives.

I don't want to think about the KSG in either one of those situations! All I see is a mess when I try to picture it. :hysterical:

That video is good Jay. Sweet looking little thing, but 3 rounds for the 7" model is kinda limiting. The only thing it has going for it is the cool factor.

I have a couple of KEG-12s, one in 12ga and one in 20ga. Fun range toys but not much use for serious business other than blowing hinges off doors.

Aftermarket grips are a real good idea with them.

Those aren't new, unless it's just a new manufacturer. Serbu has been making those for 15 years.

I wouldnt keep a shotgun as a primary zombie weapon either. This would be great to attach to my pack for an emergency boomstick when needed. Still keep my shorty AR for primary

good as a entry weapon that is easily swept to the side after use to make way for your primary weapon.

But as a zombie MOVIE gun you'd get like 10 or 12 shots out of it. :enlighten:
