FFL near Richmond

Postby pengytek » Thu, 04 Nov 2010 12:13:15

Hey guys,

What FFL does everyone recommend/generally use in or around Richmond? I don't want to be paying crazy fees. I know that there are databases of FFLs out there but I wanted to try to get a recommendation instead.

I'm not in the Richmond area, but here's one place you can start your search until a local chimes in.

Southern Gun World comes to mind as being one of the more popular ones.

You can get the listing straight from the horse's mouth, so to speak:

I like Dale's Guns. There are other FFLs closer but I prefer Dale.

I have a guy I use that used to have a gun store but now does transfers from home in Chester, Va. His name is Harold Jinkins and only charges $20.00 for a TRANSFER. If you are a LE Officer it's even less. His number is 804-748-7592.

Thats good to know, alot of the places I asked around here get $40 or more. Gander Mountain told me it would be $75 which to me is nuts. Does he offer a military discount that you know of?
