Re: Better Shot with Pistol Than Rifle??? LOL

I can top that... I had a single action vaquero in a holster... drew, and hit the gong at 15 yards....QUICK! Everyone's back was to me as they reloaded mags...

NOT A DAMNED SOUL WAS WATCHING!

Re: Any Metro Richmond LEO's here?

That's the REAL problem with MADD... I was hit head on by a drunk driver in high school, and VERY active in that group... until they starting lowering the limit into "natural alcohol levels" of people with medical conditions. They tried to get it to .025, but the AMA said "Uh... diabe...

Re: SJW, With Hammer, Snaps

In a general consensus, there are assjacks in every segment of society. That said, I find it amusing that the Progressive/Communists feel it's "...okay to commit violence against those they find unjust..." Uh-huh... Just like every fascist regime in history. OH! And the attacker was from N...

Re: I'm starting to see more people open carry.

CORRECT! The best defense is an offense, and the best offense is to NOT be where there is trouble in the first place.

Active avoidance = No LEO/Court involvement in any aspect of your life.

Re: I REPEAT: GET THE US OUT OF THE UN AND THE UN OUT OF THE US!

The first time we have "blue helmets" in this country? There will be a redneck uprising like you've NEVER seen! Ugly cannot even describe it.

Re: Thinking about doing something foolish.

Ruger SR1911 stainless YUP! I compared the base model alongside with the target model, and the only difference are panels, ambi-safety, and sights. Everything else is the same. And I replace panels grips any way, so they could come bare, and I'd be okay... I love that Charles Daly, and I'm a'ight wi...

Re: Thinking about doing something foolish.

Love my charles daly. Bought it used, and whomever had it before me? Did work on it well enough that it shoots as well as the kimber.

My thoughts for a matched set? When I die? After all the custom stuff done, someone is gonna be HAPPY!

Thinking about doing something foolish.

I didn't get into 1911's till late into the game. Since then, I've picked up two of them. A Kimber, and a Charles Daly.

I like them both.... but.....

I would like to have matching pairs of Ruger SR1911's, with serial numbers in order.

Talk me off the ledge. HAHAHAHHA

Huh... Gunbroker is weird.

So I have been using the same Email for over 25 years... but because it's a "Yahoo" address... Gunbroker says "We're gonna charge you a dollar because you use an anonymous email." Huh... that's weird considering most of the people in my world keep separate emails for different th...

Re: MSNBC’s desperation for ratings

I heard a rumor, and read some stuff... that the new head of news for NBC is trying to take it CONSERVATIVE... like WAY conservative, not RINO but Libertarian/OLD STYLE GOP... It may be an uphill battle, but if he does? And they start reeling in those shows? (shrugs) They may get some viewers! I sti...

Re: Smash and grab

More like crime of opportunity. What I have found over the decades of working with criminals, segments of certain communities don't view prison/jail as a stigma. It's part of their "job". Which is why they don't take into consideration getting caught. The hardest community I have dealt wit...
