Just a quick thought for the day after listening to the news on the way into work today; I started thinking about who I would like to see as a Vice President. To be honest with you I really am not sure who I would choose. There are a lot of folks courting the ideal of Christie, Rubio, and Daniels, but I really don't care much for them.
I have liked the way Governor McDonnell has been running the state and think that he might be a good candidate. I could also see Rand Paul as an option as well. Well whoever it is I want to make sure that they are a Strong 2A supporter and don't stick their foot in their mouth every time the open it like the current VP does.
WASHINGTON—Taking advantage of the warm spring weather Monday, Vice President Joe Biden parked his 1981 Trans Am in the White House driveway, removed his undershirt, and spent a leisurely afternoon washing the muscle car and drinking beer.
JUÁREZ, MEXICO—In an effort to let the heat die down a little, Vice President Joe Biden reportedly skipped town Saturday, telling White House officials that he was going to be lying low in Mexico for a spell.
"I need to steer clear of D.C. until some **** blows over," said Biden, sitting in the far corner of a Mexican cantina with his back to the wall and taking a long swig from a bottle of Tecate Light. "It's nothing I can't handle, but let's just say there was a little misunderstanding. Somebody didn't get something they were supposed to get."
Biden is the best Veep since Quayle; harmless yet says some comedy gold. Its a useless position, may as well have someone fun in it.
