What ya going to do

What ya going to do

You know listening to all the political talk that is going on about who is going to be running for the republican nomination is about to drive me crazy. As far as I can see right now; I would not give a plug nickel for any of them.
I don’t care which party they are from as both the republicans and democrats are just as bad and only after the power trip.
You would think that with all the people that we have here in this great country that there would be a leader who would be able to stand up and take charge.

I know this was posted a while back but I dug it up again because as I see it now I see the Congress, the Senate, and the Executive branch no better then the English as depicted in this video. Let’s think long and hard about the decisions the folks we elected are making and judge for ourselves if they are doing a good job in representing our views on the issues. If they don't then you have no choice but to vote them out and put someone else in their place.

IMHO, the problem with finding a Republican candidate is that the people want a fresh face and a back to principles candidate, the Republican establishment wants more of the same watered down, RINO nonsense. It's the establishment who is telling us no one but their guy can win. The media echos it IMO because they know it's their best shot at getting Obama reelected.

Run a real candidate and it's any ones game, run a RINO and it's four more for Obama.

That is what I am talking about we need a leader to stand up, but the truth hurts and not too many people are willing to listen to little lone the media report the truth about what is happening to our country. Every one of the candidates is hung up with this special interest or this voter block to really look at what is good for the country.

Did you mention the media? I can not believe that you think that the media is biased in anyway at all! No Not the media, No they are not at all a bit biased.
Sorry folks I am on a rant today and just so fed up already with the entire BS that is going on in the news.

That is why I am enjoying the Herman Cain candidacy. He is definitely an outsider, has a ton of business management experience, has actually said "I don't know" in reference to foreign policy questions (stating he doesn't have the intel to make a sound decision yet) instead of deflecting the question and answering it with a statement about another topic. The added benefit is he would be the perfect candidate to say the truth about Obama's policies and not be accused of being racist. I hope he is around this primary process until the end just for that purpose alone.

Does this mean I am a Kool-aid drinker? I don't think so, I just think he might deserve a harder look. I knew "the Donald" was a Bloomberg type RINO and, was hoping he would stay in the mix at least until October-November, playing the royal pain in the ass role, like Ross Perot for a while longer. The whole time he'd be distracting the White House and conventional news media away from the other candidates.
Of course it is in the last place you looked, your not going to keep looking for something after you've found it.

If Herman Cain will stick with it, be honest to the people, and provide leadership than he may have a chance at this. All we can do is hope that if not him then someone will step forward and work to see that more of the same ol' same ol' is not put back in the highest office in the land. we also need to be looking at the Senate as well.

The last thing I want to see is the President, Senate, and House in one parties control as history has shown us what happens and it is a big mistake IMHO.
