If he does it , it will be framed as a response to Arizona's new law, and he will hope to get sympathy from the dumbass masses that voted for him.

This was a motion to table it for later. This is one of the few times I can actually root for the Republicans. But my concern is, the vote to table this DREAM Act for later consideration was 59-40. But there are 41 Republican Senators. Which one of them wimped out and didn't explicitly vote no?
