It just seems to get worse with the current group of morons in power. Nothing they do comes as a surprise any more, It shows what true buttheads they are when they attack traditional sports like fishing in the name of some physco group that wants attention. Rather than dismiss these idiots they actually side with them and then seek to promote their juvenile delusions of Eden. It only shows further how out of touch with the people the current administration is.

Well, I think I just dubbed this Obamacracy; "The Great Emasculation of America."

WTF is next? Outlaw sporting clays? Tax Archery? Hunting is already taxed at multiple levels.

One of the big problems IMO is the media (other 2 big problems is schools and hollywod). They are selling socialism to the country wholesale. Perhaps some of them dont really understand socialism or its ills. I'm sure many do, but think they are somehow immune. I'm certain that if we slide into a socialist regime that the elite will remain immune until the state is done raping the little guy. Once they have all of us under control then they will start picking away at the elite. Once they take all of our money they'll have to move up the food chain. Only the most wealthy and powerful will avoid being raped by the state. And, we're probably on talking about less than 1% (far less) of the current populace. Take a look at the cartoon below and you'll get an idea of how the MSM tries to sell this crap. The first several frames have absolutely nothing to do with socialism. IMO those all fall under the clause in the Constitution that allows congress to levy a tax for the "general welfare" of the people. To the uninitiated the last one also fits, but it clearly does not. To those think it does, I recommend you go watch sesame street reruns of the clip which one is not like the other...
