SOmetimes I tend to over-think things, but does this not speak to other, deeper problems with not only bho but almost every other president we've had. Once the other candidate bows out there are certain number of things the new POTUS can count on being asked to do - one of them is throw out the first ball of the season somewhere - right? And he HAS to know that if he duffs the throw folks are going to jump all over him. So, why the heck doesn't he set up a pitching net & hire a coach? For goodness sake - it ain't rocket science.

Do any other world leaders understand the image that a fit & athletic leader projects? Ummm.....

I think you and I see eye to eye on this. I mean for crying out loud it is the American past time and our POTUS can't even do the most basic part of it.

Or the fact that he called the old Comisky Park, Cominsky Park
