High Taxes Stifle Business?

Tax revenues are lower than expected, so politicians decide that maybe excessive taxes are stifling the development of new business; and maybe they should consider reducing taxes! Who would have expected free-market thinking to the come out of halls of power of..... California! :enlighten:

These days we have a comical competition on the idiots who can propose a higher tax.
